I struggle with anger management. It's no secret, and I'll be the first to admit it. I've often said the feeling is addicting and while I know it's an unhealthy way to do with other feelings, there's always been a part of me that felt like it's been both enraging and invigorating at the same time. So, I found this article rather interesting. It makes things make a little more sense to me.

What does Google wallet do to help you with anger management? Retail therapy?
ReplyDeleteOpps, that wasn't what I intended! Although, I feel like a full wallet might provide some momentary retail therapy! I fixed the link, though.
ReplyDeleteThat is fascinating. I know a couple of people that are quite mild-mannered, but DO get a bit of a rush from a confrontation here and there.
ReplyDeleteSo true. It's an addictive behavior that provides an immediate chemical surge. Since conference I've been working my way through the church's 12-step program, although my addictive behaviors are probably thought patterns. It has been very enlightening.
